About Dr. Michael Slezak

Dr. Michael Slezak is licensed as a naturopathic doctor by the State of California, Bureau of Naturopathic Medicine. He is a 2001 graduate of Bastyr Universities accredited 5-year postgraduate program in Naturopathic Medicine. In 2002 he completed an optional one-year residency in General Naturopathic Medicine at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health. Prior to his naturopathic studies he received a degree in biology with honors from The University of California at Santa Cruz.

Since 2002, Dr. Slezak has maintained a busy private practice in general naturopathic medicine in Laguna Hills, California. Here, he sees many cases of autism, allergies, autoimmunity, cancer, diabetes, and heart disease among others. He is frequently referred to by local physicians, dentists, and allied health professionals for his ability to make sense of complex clinical cases. Dr. Slezak is now primarily practicing at The Center for Health in Santa Cruz, California.

Dr. Slezak is an active member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and the California Naturopathic Doctors Association.
